The Boy is based on the character of the Monkey King. He is
the first of a new order of immortals created by The Metal
As a child the boy witnesses one of Mei’s assassination
attempts. Mei abducts the boy and brings him to The Metal
Dragon, from whom he learns the secret of long life.

THE METAL DRAGON
The Metal Dragon is one of the last of an old order of immortals.
Physically, he is very distinguished, but ultimately his age

Mei works for The Metal Dragon. She holds a position of some
authority in The Gold Hotel, but more importantly she has
been appointed by The Metal Dragon to carry out an assassination.

traveling through the island’s tunnel network in search
of the Boy.
‘Thunder Pearl’ is a vehicle, suggested to be
a motorcycle, which spirits the boy from one side of the island
to the other. The Boy extorts the vehicle from the showrooms
of The Yellow Dragon’s ‘FOREVER MOTOR COMPANY’.

as he appears in public more frequently.
